Dr. Joel Hansen, OD is an experienced optometrist with a particular interest in glaucoma, dry eye care, and other ocular diseases. He graduated from Pacific University in Oregon before completing his Doctor of Optometry at the same institution. He excels in medical management of various eye conditions as well as refraction for precise glasses and specialty contact lens fittings. As a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association, Dr. Hansen stays up to date with the latest in eyecare. He has is a strong passion for providing individualized patient care with the best technology available.
In his free time, Dr. Hansen enjoys biking with his wife and son on the various bike paths in Milwaukee County as well as mountain biking in Northern Wisconsin. As a Washington native, he supports the Seattle Seahawks and dreads when they have to play at Lambeau.
